In January 2025, 10,250 m³ of concrete was poured into the 5-metre raft foundation of The Skywaters at 8 Shenton Way in 35 continuous hours. Vanguard Transport delivered for the ready-mix supplier with about 15 mixer trucks and drivers, which the owner describes as its whole mixer fleet at the time.
